For more than 20 years, Taylor Williams Smith has built her career around a simple belief: the right connection can change the course of a career, strengthen a team, and help an organization move forward.

Known throughout the global mobility community as “The Mobility Matchmaker,” Taylor has a gift for understanding people, recognizing potential, and creating connections that last. Her experience spans sales and leadership roles across the mobility industry, giving her a deep understanding of the people, organizations, and opportunities that make it work.

Through Taylor Connect Group, Taylor focuses on the people behind every career move. She works closely with individuals to understand their experience, strengths, goals, and what they want next — then helps them navigate opportunities and make meaningful connections within the industry.

A GMS-T® designee, Taylor has also held leadership and volunteer roles with industry organizations throughout her career. Mentorship remains a natural extension of her work, helping mobility professionals navigate career decisions, build meaningful relationships, and find where they can make their strongest contribution.

Throughout her career, Jane has built long-term client relationships, identified opportunities for growth, and worked closely with organizations to understand what they need to be successful. She brings that same relationship-first approach to recruiting.

Her work complements Taylor’s passion for working directly with individuals as they navigate their job search and next career move.
